This blog is created to facilitate a presentation on the present protests for a new government in Egypt and the other Middle-Eastern nations.
Why are these protests happening?
This is likely due to the oppressive governments that rule the Middle-Eastern nations.

For example, in response to the anti-government protests, state forces in Algeria and Yemen responded with deadly force.

Why is all this happening? Some say it is the result of the economy.
Even as the revenue of Egypt increases, citizens are unable to enjoy the fruits of their labor.
About 20% of Egyptian live below the poverty line, this is more than what of Tunisia, a less prosperous nation.

These protests and the irresponsible and violent retaliation of Egyptian state forces result in dozens of casualties among protesters.

It has also generated quite a lot of worldwide interest, resulting in Egyptian-Canadians gathering outside their embassy in Canada to show their support.

As of now, the 29th of January 2011, protests have continued after a overnight government curfew, with the military taking control of security but using a non-aggressive posture.

In my opinion, the anti-government protesters are somewhat correct in a way that the government does not allow the money to go to the citizens of these Middle-Eastern countries.
However, the government may have its reasons for not allowing the money to flow to the people. They may need to increase spending on certain sectors, such as military, etc etc.

When will this violence end? How many more have to die to create peace? We can only wait and see.
